1. Warranty conditions:

- All products and equipment are stamped with Bao An's warranty and are still within the warranty period.

- The damage of the equipment is determined due to the fault from the manufacturer in case the Customer uses it according to the instructions for using the device.

2. Warranty method:

- All equipment is free of charge during the warranty period.

- New equipment purchased within 05 days, can be renewed in case the same type of goods are available at Bao An warehouse.

- In case the goods have been purchased beyond 05 days, Bao An will check the equipment status and specific information about the warranty period.

- In case the product has been purchased beyond the warranty period or the product is defective due to the user, the warranty will not be free of charge. Depending on the damaged condition of the product, it can be resolved sooner or later.

3. Cases of refusal of warranty:
- Bao An's warranty stamp on the equipment claiming warranty has signs of being repaired, erased, erased, torn, blurred.

- The product has no intact physical surface: dropped, collision, fire, explosion, broken, signs of self-repair by the user.

- The device has been used in a humid environment, without water, dust, high magnetic field, oxidization, or direct sunlight and there are signs of fire or explosion or damage by insects, rats. , damaged by natural disaster, fire.

- Using the wrong power source, electric shock, unstable input voltage. Improper transportation and storage.
