The digital screw gun series uses a durable brushless motor , setting 8 control programs like using 8 sets of ordinary guns at the same time.
The screw gun series controls torque , speed, rotation, and has exclusive computer connection software from Hi-Manager to install, report, monitor work history, connect PLC.

4. Detailed repair/troubleshooting of SEHAN HDC series

Error code	Resovle problem
100	Malfunction of air pressure The outlet air pressure exceeds ±5% of the manufacturer's tolerance or there is a leak in the air line. Reset by pressing the Reset button. -> If there is a gas leak there will be a buzzing sound of the internal regulator remote controll.Turn off the power and check all the air hoses connected to the controller. -> If there is a compressed air leak from the regulator to the controller, check the compressed air via connector, cable and actuator clutch. The outlet pressurized air is closed in Jog and Parameter mode
101	Sensor sensor error The controller cannot read the sensor signal from the screw gun -> Check the quality of cables and connectors -> Wiring inside the controller
110	Current overload on the AMP . board -> Turn off the controller for a minute and turn it back on
111	SMPS overload error There is excess current in the system. -> Check for any damage to the mechanical load. -> Check engine quality.
112	Overload amperage -> Over 5A current for 1 second or more, exceeding the requirement
113	Engine overheating The temperature of the motor above 80℃causes the motor to not work. -> Turn off the controller for a while to reduce overheating
117	Run time limit The controller will automatically stop at the set runtime limit. -> Set initial value to 10 seconds.
200	Screw gun data error The data in the EEP-ROM of the screw gun is not verified. -> Keep the controller powered off when the screw gun is connected to the controller.ROM data may be lost.
202	Connection failed error The controller cannot connect to the screw gun when it turns on ->Try turning on the power again after turning it off.
204	Connection error more than 1 second Check the connection of the cable between the screw gun and the controller
303	Engine stop time limit ->To prevent the motor from overheating, it should stop immediately after 1 second from locking the motor.
