- Be made from 201, 304 stainless steel or galvanized carbon steel.
- Compared with ordinary nuts, their structure is special in that there is an extra part with a plastic belt inside, this plastic rim is smaller than the thread diameter, so when we tighten the bolt to the position plastic rim, plastic rim will tighten the bolt head. Therefore, the plastic lock rim helps to prevent the anti-rotation phenomenon of bolts and nuts during work.
- Easy to assemble, but there is a disadvantage that when removing the lock nut, it cannot be used again because then the plastic rim expands and cannot be tight with the bolt thread, or the nut. The lock will lose its self-braking ability.
