Drastically improved wear life:
- Tsubaki developed a seamless solid bush using our unique processing expertise for the previous G7-EX Series.
- The high-precision solid bush with special lube grooves increase the retention of lubricant and doubles the wear life.
- Tsubaki current G8 series has a rust preventative pre-lube that minimizes tackiness, and has 1.2 times longer wear life than G7.
Application: Chain drives are employed for a wide range of power transmission applications, like in bicycles, motorcycles, rolling mills, agricultural machinery, machine tools, conveyors, coal cutters, etc
