Vibration resistance: 10 to 2,000 Hz (1.5 amplitude).
- High-speed response frequency: 2kHz.
Application: Ultra-compact photomicro sensors AUTONICS BS3 series are used to control X-Y axis shafts in compact sized milling machines, move and check X-Y axis location of trays during laser marking of semiconductor parts, detect location on transport trays on PCB loader machines.
