Method of delivery

I. Delivery method regulations:

1. Delivery time: From 8:00 to 17:00 on weekdays (except Sundays and public holidays according to the regulations of the State of Vietnam).

2. Delivery method:

        2.1.Delivery at BAA warehouse

Goods are delivered directly to customers at the Company's office address: Van Tra B project area, An Dong, An Duong, Hai Phong.

       2.2. Delivery within Hai Phong city

Goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

       2.3. Delivery - Express delivery

Goods are sent thanks to express delivery service. The time you receive the goods in the period from 1 to 3 days during working hours.

       2.4. Delivery - Transfer by specialized vehicle

Goods are sent by specialized trucks to customers outside of Hai Phong province. In this way, you will receive the goods within a period of 1 to 5 days during working hours.

3. Documents attached the goods:

- VAT bill

- Receipt of delivery.

- Goods warranty card (if any)

- User manual (if any)

- Certificate of origin and quality (CO/CQ) of goods (if any)


II. Specify the method of receiving goods:

1. Goods received directly

Customers are responsible for checking the goods at BAA's warehouse and signing the receipt of delivery.

2. Goods received indirectly

When receiving goods from BAA, customers are responsible for checking the goods and the attached documents.

2.1. In case the goods-documents meet the requirements, the customer re-confirms by one of the following methods:

- Sign the Bao An Automation's delivery note and fax it back to (84) 2253 686 182

- Send a confirmation email to the sales excutive in charge of the order.

- Send a confirmation message to the sales excutive in charge of the order.

2.2. In case the goods-documents do not meet the requirements, the customer needs to keep the condition of the goods and respond to BAA within 1 working day.
