Terms of return, goods

In order to ensure the interests of customers when buying goods at Bao An, Bao An announces the application of the return policy and specific regulations as follows:

A. General provisions on return and exchange

The return and exchange process applies to all goods being traded in Bao An, done when the goods are returned at Bao An's warehouse. We will take the next steps to check the quality of the product and conduct the exchange and return according to your request and as specified in sections A, B, C of this policy.

Time to apply return policy: from 01/01/2007 until new notice.

   Time allowed to return goods: no more than 05 days from the date of purchase.

   Product return processing time:

- In case the goods can be exchanged or returned immediately, it will be resolved within 02 days (48 hours).

- In case the goods are not available or need technical inspection, Bao An will discuss specifically with the customer about the time to settle the return.

B. Return Policy

Bao An does not apply a return policy of any kind, except in case the product is technically defective because the manufacturer and Bao An cannot offer an alternative product or solution to the customer.

C. Exchange policy

1. Exchange for manufacturer's technical defect lỗi

   When exchanging goods due to technical errors, the exchange will be checked by Bao An's warranty department, when it is confirmed that it is a manufacturer's fault, Bao An will carry out the exchange procedure.

   All shipping costs will be paid by Bao An.

2. Exchange goods for subjective reasons from customers

  Bao An only accepts exchanges for products that are in their original, unused condition, including and not limited to:

- There are purchase invoices, Bao An's VAT invoices

- Stamps/warranty cards, brand stamps, technical manuals, CDs and accompanying gifts (if any) etc. must be complete and intact, not torn.

- Full range of parts, details and accessories included with the product.

- Still in original packaging and undamaged.

- There is no data in the product with a storage device.

- Not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, signs of impact, moisture, strange smell or used.

   In case of lack of the above conditions: charge fees as prescribed. In addition, there are no additional fees.

3. Exchange goods not for subjective reasons from customers

  Bao An encourages customers to check the external condition of the box and product upon receipt to ensure that the goods are delivered with the correct model, type, quantity according to the order and that the external condition is not damaged. impact (broken, scratched). If this is the case, please refuse to receive the goods and/or immediately notify customer support so that we can have a timely solution, such as exchange or send the missing product to you.

   In case the goods are lost (wet, soaked, broken, damaged, broken ...), damaged, lost in transit or due to Bao An's packing, Bao An will return the goods to the customer. During the inspection process, it may be necessary to confirm the shipping staff or the image provided by the customer...so that Bao An can verify quickly and accurately.

   After 24 hours from the date you receive the goods, Bao An has the right to refuse to support the complaints according to the above content.

4. Cases of refusal to return goods

   Does not meet the conditions of return and exchange as mentioned above.

   Products that are past the exchange period for 07 days.

   The product is damaged due to use not according to the instructions on the product.

   Uncommon, high value products..

   Damage occurs in some force majeure cases such as flood, fire, explosion, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.
